The principle of this operation was as follows, the PLU authorizes the raising of buildings with flat roofs by the creation of 2-sided roofs, with Jacobean holes, with the aim of transforming buildings from the 60s and 70s into traditional mountain buildings. , appreciated by visitors from all over the world in the heart of the ski resorts of the Alps.

Actima bought these building rights from the Grand Cocor co-ownership, which it paid for in the form of complete renovation work on the co-ownership: facades with thermal insulation, exterior joinery, roof, stairs, elevators and various networks.
